1. Data controller

2. What data we process
This website does not submit any forms, does not require an account and does not use cookies. We only process the data you give us yourself when you contact us by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp: your name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your message (e.g. hall dimensions and location).
The “Quick quote” calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to us until you copy the enquiry and send it yourself.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- answering your enquiry and preparing a quote – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in replying to people asking about our offer);
- concluding and performing a contract – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- complying with legal obligations, e.g. accounting and tax – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR;
- establishing, exercising or defending legal claims – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients
Your data may be received by companies that provide services to us: our e-mail provider (Google), the WhatsApp messenger provider (WhatsApp Ireland Limited) if you choose that channel, our website host (Netlify, Inc.) and our accounting office, as well as public authorities where required by law.
Some of these providers may process data in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
5. How long we keep your data
- enquiries that did not lead to a contract – up to 12 months after our last contact;
- contract-related data – for the duration of the contract and then until the limitation periods for claims and the retention periods required by tax law expire (usually 5 years from the end of the tax year).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to formathale@gmail.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your enquiry. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
7. Cookies and technical data
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and the animation library are loaded from our own server – the site does not connect to third-party services such as Google Fonts. When you click “Ask for a quote” on a product page, your browser briefly remembers the selected building type (sessionStorage) to carry it over to the calculator; it is deleted when you close the tab.
Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs the technical data needed to deliver the website and keep it secure: IP address, date and time of the visit and browser information. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security and proper operation of the website).
8. Links to other services
The website contains links to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. Once you click them, the privacy policies of those services apply.
9. Changes
We may update this policy, e.g. when the law or the way the website works changes. The current version is always available on this page.
